The Aegis Security Risk Management team brings more than 100 years of combined experience across military operations, law enforcement, diplomatic security, intelligence, investigations, executive protection, cybersecurity, crisis management, and global supply-chain security. Led by Michael Marin, CPP®, alongside strategic partner Charles Roselle, a retired U.S. Secret Service professional, and Xervanskee Frazier, CISM, our practitioner-led team delivers discreet, intelligence-driven solutions that protect people, operations, information, and reputation worldwide.

Michael Marin, CPP®, is the Founder and Executive Managing Director of Aegis Security Risk Management. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and former Diplomatic Security Service and law-enforcement professional, he brings more than 20 years of experience in global security, investigations, executive protection, supply-chain integrity, crisis management, and organizational resilience.
